To return an item, we request that you first contact us at 800-811-9752 Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST or at http://www.customerstatus.com to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.
